Upgrading current ISO9000 and QS9000 registration to meet the requirements of ISO9000 ( 2000 version ) and TX6949.
Develop Environmental Management Systems to achieve ISO14001 registration.
Develop Laboratory Quality System to achieve ISO17025 accreditation.
Provide customized training ( on or off site ) in the areas, such as: Statistical Process Control, Internal Auditing, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, Control Plan ( process and design ), PPAP submissions, Process Streamlining, Developing Corrective Action Plans, etc.
Maintain Quality Systems and conduct internal audits.
Conduct third party inspection required by OEM in case of quality issues.
